Welcome to SanJuanMusic! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the SanJuanMusic mobile application (the “Service”), developed and operated by BadWolfReturn.

SanJuanMusic allows users to play and manage audio playlists both locally and online. You can create, customize, and share playlists via QR codes, listen without ads, and enjoy playback even when your device’s screen is off.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must not misuse the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You are responsible for the playlists, audio content, and data you upload or share through the app.
You must ensure that any shared or streamed content complies with copyright laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, trademarks, and intellectual property related to SanJuanMusic (including the app design, logo, and software code) belong to BadWolfReturn. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

5. Use of Third-Party Services

SanJuanMusic may integrate third-party services, such as analytics or ad platforms (e.g., Google Play Services, Firebase, etc.). These services are governed by their own privacy and terms policies.

6. Advertisements

SanJuanMusic offers an ad-free experience for playback, but some non-intrusive ads or promotions may appear within informational sections or updates. Users will always be notified in advance of any changes regarding advertisements.

7. Offline and Online Usage

SanJuanMusic provides both offline playback for saved content and online playlist streaming. Data charges may apply depending on your mobile network provider when streaming online content.

8. Account and Data

SanJuanMusic may store limited user preferences locally on your device to improve your experience. We do not collect personal data unless explicitly provided through a connected account or support request.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Do not attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the functionality of the app.
Do not distribute copyrighted material without permission.
Do not use the Service to upload or share malicious, offensive, or unlawful content.

10. Limitation of Liability

SanJuanMusic and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or errors caused by third-party integrations.
